Rules for Loading Passengers

When loading passengers into planters, it is important to consider firstly, that there aren't too many passengers per plant, and secondly, that the soil not be too wet. Succulent plants are ideal, as they do not require much water. They often tend to have pointy leaves or spines, so it is useful to distribute protective jackets, made from oilcloth or similar, to the passengers.
